1c enterprise 8.2 latest update. Updating the standard configuration for several releases at once (8.2). Option using “Configuration update” processing

Despite the fact that the new version of the 1C technology platform, version 8.3, has been on the market for quite some time, many enterprises and private entrepreneurs, for a variety of reasons, still use previous versions, in particular 8.2. It would seem that 8.2 is just previous version, but information, for example, how to install an update for 1C 8.2, has become increasingly difficult to find lately. This request, by the way, is not entirely correct, and here’s why: the latest current release of the 8.2 platform was released at the beginning of 2013, as can be seen in the screenshot from the official 1C user support website.

A latest versions Old editions of 1C Accounting generally work only on the 8.3 platform, and updates for 1C 8.2 are not available.

Therefore, there is no point in telling how to update the 8.2 platform (due to the fact that there is no update history), and users, as a rule, mean the process of updating configurations on the 1C 8.2 platform, such as Accounting, Salary, Trade Management, etc. d.

Therefore, in this article we will look at updating the 1C database on platform 8.3 using the example of the Enterprise Accounting version 2.0 configuration. The editorial office is considered old, but is still supported by 1C due to its sufficient large number users.

So, first of all, to update the configuration, we need to understand which configuration release we have installed. To do this, we need to launch the configuration in any mode and select* in the main menu:

*Or press the button "i" at the top right side of the screen.

We will see a window with configuration information:

At the top of the window we see the version of the 1C platform on which our configuration is running. Below it is information about the configuration (name, edition, release number). It is the configuration release (indicated in parentheses) that we need. The fact is that each 1C configuration update is intended for specific releases.

Next, we need to understand which release we can update the configuration to. To do this, go to the 1C user support site (users.v8.1c.ru). We must have a login and password for the site. If not, then in the form for entering your login and password there is a “Register a new user” button.

Next, go to section 1C: Software updates – Download software updates – Typical 1C configurations for Russia – Enterprise accounting, edition 2.0. We will see a list of configuration releases available for download.

As we remember, we have Enterprise Accounting release 2.0.66.29. In the “Version Update” column we see configuration releases to which the update can be installed. We were lucky. Last on this moment The configuration release is suitable for updating from our release. This means that we can update directly to it, bypassing intermediate versions.

Select the desired release and click on it. On the next page we see a list of materials available for download. We are interested in the “Update distribution” item.

We are interested in the Setup.exe file. We launch it by double-clicking and get into the configuration installation program.

In the next window we will be asked to select the location for installing the configuration templates. You can choose it at your discretion. The main thing is not to forget where you will install the templates.

The update template is installed, and we enter our database. It must be launched in configurator mode.

Having entered the database in configurator mode, the first thing we must do is unload the database. This must be done so that in case of errors, when an update occurs, power outages or other emergency situations, we can restore the database from the archive.

To do this, in the main menu, select the item “Administration” - “Download infobase”.

The program will ask you to specify the download path. We specify the path*, after which the uploading process begins. It can take, depending on the power of the computer and the size of the database, from a minute to 7 – 10 minutes. The fact that the database is currently being unloaded is indicated by the inscription in the lower left corner:

After the upload is complete, the following window will appear:

As you can see, both during the upload process and in the message about its completion, the path that we specified is displayed. One nuance must be taken into account: during the unloading process, as well as during the updating process, no one should be in the database except us.

The preparations are complete, which means you can start directly updating the database configuration. Let's go to the main menu. We are interested in the submenu “Configuration” - “Open configuration”. A configuration window that looks like this opens:

Again go to the menu “Configuration” - “Support” - “Update configuration”.

The program will prompt you to find a template to update or specify its location manually.*

*In essence, they are no different, but searching for updates may take some time, depending on the volume hard drive, on which we installed the template. Therefore, we will specify the path to the templates manually.

Specify “Select update file” and click “Next”.

The program will prompt you to specify the path to the file containing the update. We indicate the path to the folder where we installed the template, and in the folder with the template, select the file “1cv8.cfu”. Click “Next”.

The next window will contain general information about the update. After reviewing, if necessary, proceed to “Continue updating”.

The program will provide brief information about which configuration is being updated, from which release and to which one. Click "OK".

As the update progresses, a percentage bar will appear in the lower left corner several times to indicate progress through certain update steps.

We wait until the following window appears:

Click “Yes” (otherwise, why would we even bother with the update?).

The program will display a window for reorganizing information. It displays information about changes/adding metadata objects during the update process.

We are waiting for the inscription to appear in the lower left corner:

It means that the update in configurator mode has been completed. Until this inscription appears, any manipulations with the database other than those described above will be impossible.

The update is complete and we are moving on to launching the database in enterprise mode. This action can be done directly from the configurator by pressing the F5 key or the button in the upper left corner:

In Enterprise mode, the first window that will appear is:

Select “I confirm the legality of receiving the update in accordance with the above conditions” (otherwise the update will not be completed and the program will close) and click “Continue”.

We wait until the message “Update” appears at the bottom of the service message window. information base completed successfully." This will mean the successful completion of the process. The program will display a window with a list of changes, which you can study or close immediately.

We're done and can start working on the updated database version 8.2.

Very often, various third-party specialists who are not professionally associated with 1C (system administrators, accountants, etc.) ask me for advice on updating 1C configurations. “How to update the 1C configuration”, “How to update 1C through the configurator” - they all ask the same question in different ways. Therefore, I decided to write this article so as not to explain the same thing every time, but to refer them all to it =)
Most modern configurations support automatic updating of the 1C database via the Internet directly from user mode. This is convenient, but has a number of limitations. The main limitation is the Internet. Firstly, it must be, and secondly, it must be fast enough. It doesn't always happen like this. In addition, very often, users forget or are lazy to update configurations, and many missed releases accumulate. As a result, updating them via the Internet can take a long time.
This article will focus on how to update configurations yourself “manually”.

Downloading 1C updates

Let's say you have a 1C: Enterprise Accounting 3.0 configuration, with the following current release

We need to update it to the latest release.
To do this, you need to go to the website https://users.v8.1c.ru/, which is the official 1C website where configuration updates are contained, and click on the “download updates” hyperlink

After this, you enter your username and password, which was created when registering your software product.
And if everything is in order with your ITS subscription and registration (owners of the basic version do not need an ITS subscription), then a window similar to this will open:

Where you find your configuration and click the appropriate hyperlink. A table will appear containing all configuration updates up to the latest release.

The current release of our configuration is 3.0.49.20 (see first picture). Here he is fifth from the top on the list.

Those. we have already missed the 4th release: 3.0.49.21, 3.0.49.22, 3.0.49.23, 3.0.49.27.
The hottest heads will rush to download all these releases and update them step by step. But we are lazy people, so let's look at the far right column, which indicates which versions can be updated with the release from the far left column. As you can see, there are a lot of them, and if we look for our current release in the far right column, we will see that it is there for all updates.

Those. we don’t need to download all releases, but just download the latest one, and our current configuration It's quite normal to update to it.
After we “fail” into the release link, there will be a window with links to update distributions.

Please note that very often this window indicates the platform release with which your updated configuration will work stably. If the release of your platform is older than this release, then you need to update it.
Download the required distribution to your hard drive.
This distribution will be in the form of a self-extracting archive

Installing the 1C update template

Unpack it, and a list of files will appear in your directory, among which we are only interested in one file, setup.exe

After launching it, the update template installation window will appear.

In this window, you basically don’t need to change anything; click the “Next” button and install the update template.

We update the 1C configuration

After installing the template, you need to open and go to update the configuration in the following path: Menu - Configuration - Support - Update configuration.

Be sure to save your database before updating!

A configuration update window will appear, where you should click all “Next” until you reach the very end.

If you did everything correctly, then your release number, which you downloaded from the site https://users.v8.1c.ru/, will appear in this list of updates.
Select it with the mouse, and the “Done” button will become active

Feel free to press this button, after which information about the update will appear

Click the “Continue update” button. And after some time, a window will appear showing your current release and the release to which your configuration will be updated.

If you see this window, then everything has been done correctly, and you have downloaded the required release to which you can update your configuration. Click “OK” and enjoy the update.
At some point, a window will appear asking you to update the database configuration.

We agree.
In the window where there will be information about data reorganization, click the “Accept” button.

Everything with the configurator! Your configuration has been updated, and to complete the update you need to launch 1C: Enterprise. You can do this through debugging, or you can simply close the configurator and launch 1C: Enterprise in a separate session in user mode.
In user mode, you will need to confirm the legality of the update (for owners of PRO versions), after confirmation the database will be updated.

If everything goes well and no errors occur during the database update process, then you will have a 1C configuration with the new release.

If you missed many releases, you can try updating the 1C configuration using a cf file. How to do this, read my article:

Current 1C configuration updates are automatically downloaded to our servers, so there is no need to connect ITS support to perform updates. You can install latest versions configuration in two ways

Attention! When updating the Enterprise Accounting 2.0 configuration to version 2.0.66.1 and subsequent ones, you must change the platform version to 8.3, since support for the 8.2 platform has ended for this configuration. You can see how to change the platform in the instructions.

If your database is located on a SQL server, contact Technical Support to change the platform.

Update via Configurator

Using this method, updates are installed in stages. Before selecting a configuration update file, check current version database ("Help" - "About the program").

Attention! Before updating the database, you must end active sessions with the database and make a backup copy of the database.

1. Open your database through the configurator

To select the correct update file, you need to know the current configuration version. You can view the current version by clicking on the icon "About the program" or in the menu item Reference select item "About the program".

2. Select: Menu " Configuration"- "Open configuration"

3. Select: Menu " Configuration" - "Support"- "Update configuration"

4. Specify the update source " Selecting an update file"

5. Specify the path to the update file Path to updates: disk - "External processing (N:)", folder - "1C update packages" Select the folder with the configuration you are updating. (see point 1)

The update process will begin. Sometimes the process can take a long time (update speed depends on your Internet connection).

When the updates appear during execution dialog boxes, confirm the changes to the configuration.

If the update process was interrupted, a message will appear when you start 1C Database configuration does not match saved configuration follow the steps described in the instructions.

If other errors occur as a result of the update, restore the data from the backup you created before updating (In the main menu of the program, open " Administration - Load infobase" and specify the path to the *.dt file on your PC.)

Accounting. How to update the 1C:Accounting 8.2 configuration to the latest version

All users of 1C programs know that sometimes the manufacturer releases updates for its software product. Updates are usually available as cumulative packages, separate files configurations or downloaded automatically from the 1C website. Despite the fact that the program is mainly carried out by a 1C programmer, the process itself is simple. Prepared System Administrator, a computer scientist and, naturally, an accountant, will be able to produce 1C 8.2 on his own after reading our manual.

First, before updating, be sure to run backup Your information base. We described how to do this in . Everything that will be said below applies only to typical configuration. How to determine a typical configuration.

To consider an example of updating the 1C configuration, let’s take 1C: Accounting for Ukraine 8.2 version 1.2.6.5 and update to 1.2.7.4.

Let's open the selected 1C database in configurator mode. In the configurator window that opens, open the configuration by clicking “Configuration”, “Open configuration” in the main menu

If the “Open configuration” menu item is inactive and glows gray, then the configuration is already open, you can skip the previous item. Next, select the menu items “Configuration”, “Support” and “Update configuration” in sequence.

In the “ ” window that opens, leave the radio button in its default position - “Search for available updates (recommended).” Click the “Next” button.

In the next panel of the same window, when choosing further actions, you can do different things. You can select an update from a catalog located on the Internet on the 1C company website, from an update catalog on a CD, from a manually specified catalog, or search through the default catalogs.

We will select the option that allows us to specify the path to the update directory manually. Let's indicate the path here. To select, press the button with the green symbol “+” and then the button with three dots.

Click “OK” and uncheck all other, now unnecessary, update options. So, as shown in the following figure.

Click “Next”. In the next dialog, indicate the required update and click “Finish”. The “Update Description” window will introduce us to the differences between the configurations. If everything suits you, then select “Continue updates”.

Let's wait for the window with information about comparing versions and click "OK" in it.

The update starts; the status bar at the bottom of the window will signal us about the stages of action.

In this state, 1C may freeze and the configurator window may turn white. Other programs may freeze and the computer may generally slow down. There is no need to worry about this case. This depends mainly on the computer's resources. After some time has passed, a message will open, signaling to us that the configuration update has been successfully completed and prompting us to update the database. Naturally, we agree.

This completes the update in Configurator mode, for the option automatic search, finished.

*******************************************

If at the stage of selecting an update source we put the radio button in the “Select update file” position, then the update can be performed from a specific configuration file.

After clicking the “Finish” button, the actual update process will begin. At the beginning, a window describing the update procedure opens, click “Continue update”. And the update process will be identical to that described above.

To ensure data integrity and consistency, all users must shut down the information base while creating a backup copy and updating the configuration.
