If to purchased Office package A product key is included, enter it at one of the websites below for your version of Office. You can then download and install Office or renew your Office 365 subscription.

Product key does not match

First, make sure you are entering the correct product key on the appropriate site. If you are unsure which site to use, you can enter your product key using the Virtual Support Agent (English only). If your product key is valid, your virtual support agent will provide you with a link to download Office. This agent can also notify you if your product key is locked and connect you with a support representative.

If you purchased a product key separately from software It's probably blocked because it was stolen or obtained illegally. Unfortunately, there are many unscrupulous sellers who offer stolen, copied, or illegally obtained Microsoft product keys.
